Step 1: 

Give us a call and one of our staff members will be happy to help arrange an appointment time with one of our surgeons. Our office phone number is 973-746-3466.

Step 2:

Fill out your patient forms ahead of time so that we can see you right away!

Step 3:

 Confirm your appointments with your reminder texts and email, or simply call us.

• Please Remember to bring:

  • All Referrals and X-rays from your dentist

  • Your drivers license, dental AND medical insurance cards

  • Never assume your dentist or doctor has sent this information to us. Ask for a copy of this information, and that way you’ll know that you have it when you arrive.
